Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina is appointed as a responsible person for the development and promotion of international standards of public-private partnership (PPP) in the Republic of Tatarstan. This decision was made by Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Earlier the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Group of Specialists on PPP of UN European Economic Commission, a representative of the Russian Federation Hafiz Salikhov asked the Government of the Republic to identify the person in charge of this issue.
The development of international standards is an important element of PPP use to improve the efficiency of investment projects. Due to the part of the republic in the development and implementation of such standards will help Tatarstan to maintain the leading position in this field and field of investment.
According to information announced at the Second Infrastructure Congress "Russian Week of a public-private partnership" (March 17-20, Moscow), Tatarstan second consecutive year takes honorable 2nd rank in the ranking of the PPP among the Russian Federation regions.
