Taliya Minullina was elected to the Supervisory Board of "Kazan Open Talent University 2.0"

On June 5, 2015 in the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was held the first meeting of the Board of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Kazan Open Talent University 2.0", which was attended by the Agency Chief Executive First Deputy Insaf Galiev.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chief of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of domestic policy Aleksandr Terentyev.

At the meeting were elected Chairman of the Board, Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of the NGO "Kazan Open Talent University 2.0". In addition, it approved the priorities of the organization, plan of financial and economic activities for the implementation of the State Program "Strategic talent management in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020 years" and also discussed organizational activities of the university.

In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.06.2015 №1185-p approved the composition of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the organization. The Supervisory Board included Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina (Chairman of the Board - First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin) and a member of the Board was elected the Agency Chief Executive First Deputy Insaf Galiev.

Our future we do ourselves. Perhaps this University will allow us to uncover the future Minnikhanov - Tatarstan President after 100 years", - noted Taliya Minullina.

Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Kazan Open Talent University 2.0" was established by the Decree Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 08.04.2015 №232.

The purpose of the organization is to provide services in the field of identification, helping and support for gifted children and youth in the Republic of Tatarstan. Its priorities are the organization of the implementation of the activities of the state program "Strategic talent management in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020 years" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 03.12.2014 №943, as well as the alignment of the system work with gifted and talented children and young people under the Concept of the development and implementation of intellectual and creative potential of children and young people of the Republic of Tatarstan "Perspective" (approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan from 09.10.2012 UP-862).
