Columbia-Tatarstan: new time for cooperation

Today Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina attended a meeting of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov with President of Colombian-Russian Chamber of Commerce Oscar Lopez Bolaños. The meeting was held at the House of the Government of Tatarstan.

Earlier in November 2014 a delegation headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov made a working visit to the Latin American country, in the city of Bogota TIDA Chief Executive introduced to the Colombian business community the investment potential of Tatarstan.

At the meeting discussed perspective directions of mutually beneficial cooperation between Colombia and Tatarstan on the basis of Russian-Colombian relations, including in the field of mechanical engineering and aviation, petrochemicals, medicine, education and culture.

Colombian-Russian Chamber of Commerce – is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that was created on the initiative of Colombian entrepreneurs, who have business in Russia and interested in strengthening trade relations with this country and the developing of the huge trade potential between Colombia and Russia. The aim of Colombian-Russian Chamber of Commerce is to promote trade and economic business relations, investment and free business between the Russian Federation and Colombia and providing them support and assistance in finding new business opportunities between the two countries.
