Today Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met in the Kazan Kremlin with the President of Columbia-Russian Chamber of Commerce Oscar Lopez Bolaños. The meeting was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.
Earlier in November 2014 a delegation headed by Rustam Minnikhanov made a working visit to the Latin American country; in the city of Bogota TIDA Chief Executive introduced to the Colombian business community the investment potential of Tatarstan.
At the meeting discussed perspective directions of mutually beneficial cooperation between Colombia and Tatarstan in the aviation industry, providing engineering services, tourism, commercialization of the agro-industrial sector, construction and innovative products of mass consumption.
The visit program of the delegation of the Latin American country includes taking part in the "round table" on "Columbia-Tatarstan" cooperation, meeting with government officials, visiting of investment and innovation infrastructure.
