About how to become an investment attractive, properly work with investors and another unique experience of Tatarstan to be told in a special collection, which will collect information on best practices of Russian regions to create a favorable investment climate. This was announced at a seminar for regional authorities on the basis of the results of the National rating of the investment climate in the regions of the Russian Federation, held in Moscow on June 25.
The collection will be prepared by Agency for Strategic Initiatives in cooperation with Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA), the Government of Tatarstan as a whole, specialized authorities in other regions of the Russian Federation. In September-October are scheduled training sessions for regional authorities, and in November of this year will begin preparations for the National rating of the following years.
The first rank in the analysis of 50 indicators has taken the Republic of Tatarstan. The results were announced on June 19, 2015 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), which was attended by TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina in the composition the delegation of Tatarstan headed by Acting President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. National rating is a prestigious competition, the winners of which Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated at the plenary session of the SPIEF-2015, in a number of regions of the Russian Federation, where investment attractiveness was low, were made personnel decisions (including dismissal of heads of appropriate state bodies).
"The establishment of the annual national ranking is a timely and effective step of the federal government, which allows not only to show success stories, but also to help improve the performance of the Russian regions to attract investment, to learn from the more successful areas, investment attraction - it is a national task. We are ready to continue to play the first violin in the all-Russian orchestra, which performs the melody of investment attractiveness. At the same time often keep winning more difficult than to win it, so having our superiority - is a great responsibility and an incentive for further improvement", - noted Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

During the seminar, which was held in Moscow, were organized a public discussion and question and answer session based on the rating. At the seminar made their reports the representatives of ASI, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce of Russia, consulting organizations and members of the expert commissions.
Were explained in detail the direction of the rating assessment, issues related to the integrated index and the methodology of rating, were given recommendations on information support of the rating results in the regions. Separately considered further steps to improve the investment climate in the regions of Russia and the issues to collect the best practices of the rankings.
The seminar, held on June 25, was organized by the Agency of strategic initiatives to promote new projects (ASI). The event was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive First Deputy Insaf Galiev.
