"Open Conversation " with the business in Kazan

Today in "Korston" Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan within the "Business and power: an open conversation" project held a meeting with representatives of small and medium businesses. The event was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

The discussion ("Q&A") was attended by about 150 representatives of the business community from the cities and regions of the republic.

As part of the "conversation" were considered issues such as support for private kindergartens, loans to farms, transfer of transport to natural gas, the creation of bicycle lanes in the cities of the republic, the development of private industrial parks, tourism.

"I have repeatedly said that if you became an official, no matter what level - the republican or municipal - you must accept any criticism. We have to listen. And we have to make decisions", - emphasized Rustam Minnikhanov.

Acting President gave detailed answers to all the questions and said that systematic work on the organization of interaction between government and business in the republic will continue. In the near future will be created the Council for Entrepreneurship under the President of Tatarstan.

At the meeting, which was held on June 3, Rustam Minnikhanov also noted TIDA’s role: is the entry point for the opening production in Tatarstan, including for small and medium businesses - foreign investors. In turn, TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, addressing businessmen, emphasized that the Agency is fully open for cooperation.

"Business and power: an open conversation" – is a series of regular meetings of the heads of ministries and departments with the entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project was launched in 2014 at the initiative of the Commissioner of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of entrepreneurs Timur Nagumanov.

The purpose of the project – is to establish public dialogue and direct communication of government with business.
