FINNOPOLIS opens in Kazan: participates the Head of the Bank of Russia

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina participates in FINNOPOLIS 2015 (September 17-18, Kazan).

This representative forum, whose mission is an "open dialogue of business and authorities in the field of financial technology (FinTech)".

The speakers are the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Elvira Nabiullina, President of Sberbank German Gref, the representatives of the federal government, international corporations and financial institutions.

Well-known economist, President of Sberbank German Gref, who is taking part in the plenary session of the forum, said that the republic has an effective system of power: "One of the most advanced government - is the government of Tatarstan". Tatarstan and Sberbank also cooperate in the areas of introduction Islamic finance and the cashless payments, on July 14 signed the relevant agreements.

According to the organizers (the Bank of Russia and the Government of Tatarstan), the Forum should be the main event of the year in the field of digitalization of the financial market - a platform where holds a professional discussion on the use of digital technology in the financial market, demonstration of new solutions and opportunities, discussion of global trends in software and hardware solutions. It is assumed that Finnopolis to become Russia's largest, and over time the international trade fair in this field. A separate task of the forum is to demonstrate and support of the start-ups industry, devoted to the digitalization of the financial market.
