Today, October 22, Tatarstan delegation headed by TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina takes part in the 7th session of the Foreign investment Fair in China COIFair 2015 - a "platform for the going of Chinese enterprises abroad", which opened in Beijing. The main theme: "The new realities and new challenges: finding common grounds for strategic investment and cooperation between countries and regions".
There is a stand of Russia at the exhibition, which included exhibition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the SEZ, including Tatarstan "Alabuga" and "Innopolis".
"We are making a presentation of investment and economic potential of Tatarstan not only for billions of China, but also for more than 100 countries and regions, whose representatives participate in COIFair 2015", - said Taliya Minullina.

So, Vice-Chairman of the Commission on Development and Reform of China Ning Jizhe noted that the situation in the world economy is not easy and stable, the financial crisis continues to affect many processes, China's economy has slowed down. As the speaker said, at the same time the Chinese government reinforces economic reform. As a result of measures taken in the first half of the year the economy grew by 6.9%, rural incomes are increasing.
34.2% is an increase in investments abroad: 3 years in a row China ranks 3rd for investment in other countries. China also remains a leader in attracting investments: this year is 16.5% more investments than in the past year: it is such sectors as finance, agriculture and other areas.
"We must take into account the policies of different countries and put our economy in a single production chain for the benefit of the world economy. We also support direct trading operations", - said the Deputy Chairman of the Committee.
The speaker emphasized the need to pay great attention to infrastructure development: the creation and updating of transport routes must be important for both developed and developing.
A representative of the Committee noted the need for new building materials, the development of metallurgy in China, priority of processing industries.
"We are ready to create investment platform with other countries. China is interested in establishing research centers, scientific ready to work with our foreign colleagues. At the same time we need to coordinate our investment plans",- said Mr. Ning Zhihe. It should be noted, that in 2015 was created the Asian infrastructure Bank of investment - it includes more than 50 countries.
"Investment cooperation affects the development of the world economy. We need to work together to stimulate global demand to overcome the crisis", - concluded the speaker.

Boris Titov: the importance of investment cooperation
Comissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights Boris Titov, welcoming the guests, emphasized the importance of cooperation between Russia and China, "which potential of investment cooperation is very high".
Business ombudsman called the most interesting areas for investment: infrastructure projects, construction, agriculture, development of small and medium-sized businesses.
Boris Titov emphasized that according to the E & Y rating Russia ranked first in SMB development among the countries of the "Big Twenty” G 20. “From 92 to 62 we raised in the World Bank doing business ranking”, - he said optimistically.
Mr. Titov acknowledged that the greatest emphasis in the development of Russian-Chinese cooperation is in the Far East, at the same time the other regions of Russia has necessary capacity, there are industrial parks, special economic zones and other infrastructure.
Russian Ambassador: turbulence in global markets affected our relations
Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov said: "The turbulence in world markets has affected our relationship". This year there is a decrease of Russian-Chinese trade, said the ambassador.
"We need to develop investment cooperation", - said Andrey Denisov, recalling the creation of the intergovernmental commission.
"Contacts between our countries at the highest level is the most important driving force in the development of bilateral relations", - said the envoy.
Heylunzyan: Tatarstan
Representative of Heylunzyan province spoke about Russian-Chinese Expo, which was held in Harbin in October.
In his opinion, there are two major areas for cooperation - a mechanical engineering and petrochemicals. He noted the Economic zone of the Silk Road.
As is known, all these projects is also related to Tatarstan. This means that the Republican delegation worked fruitfully in Harbin - the province’s capital, which visited in October.
