Kiekert, Daimler and "Future Einsteins": Taliya Minullina presents at the plenary session of the VII Russian-German Young Leaders Conference

Today Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina presented at the plenary session of the VII Russian-German Young Leaders Conference.
Prestigious events holds since 2009 and is a platform of open dialogue between youth of the two countries. It discusses key issues in Russian-German relations, including economic ones. The conference brought together 280 young leaders the ages of 25-40 years. Before the capital of Tatarstan forum was held in Berlin, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Munich.
Taliya Minullina in her speech emphasized the importance of not only economic cooperation but also the cultural heritage of the Western European country. "Germany gave the world Einstein, Nietzsche and Kant, Bach, the Brothers Grimm. Perhaps future Einsteins are sitting in this room", - said TIDA Chief Executive.
The leitmotif of the report, of course, was the economic theme. "Germany by the results of 2014 is among the top three in terms of turnover with Tatarstan. Invest in Tatarstan is profitable, so Germany can become a leader in investment in Tatarstan, the more that such global brands from Germany as Kiekert and Daimler successfully implement their projects in our republic", - said a member of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The conference program, which runs from October 29 to 31 - is the work of the thematic working groups, including energy 2015 and trends in the energy sector, prospects and opportunities of the Single European economic area, the intersection of the old and new economies, professional media sphere, energy partnership of the EU - Russia, the charity as an engine of social impact and sustainable development, as well as the prospects of Russian-German relations. During the stay in Kazan delegates carried out a series of business breakfasts, visit the scientific and technological attractions of Tatarstan, as well as get acquainted with the history and culture of the republic.
Chairman of the Russian-German Young Leaders Conference is Duke Christoph von Oldenburg, the Board of Trustees includes retired President of the Senate of Berlin Reinhard Führer, the former Federal Minister of Economics of Germany Michael Glos, Director of the Institute of Economics of Russian Academy of Sciences Ruslan Grinberg, Porsche AG Senior adviser on policy and business Gerhard Schaefer as well as the rectors of prestigious Russian and German universities.
There are leading German journalist Hubert Seipel, the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction Viktor Piligin, members of parliament of Bundestag Tobias Josef Zech and Wolf-Ruthart Born and Russian State Duma Deputy Robert Schlegel, retired Minister of Justice of Germany Sabine Leutheusser -Shnarrenberger, State Secretary for Europe of Foreign Ministry Gerhard Pfeiffer among the guests and speakers at the conference.
