TIDA employee Dmitriy Alexeev - Tatarstan Best Civil Servant

 Dmitry Alexeyev, Head of the examination of investment projects department of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency,  has become the winner of the republican contest "Best civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan". Order 680 from 11.24.2015 signed Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
In accordance with a presidential act Dmitriy Alexeev awarded with the diploma "The best civil servant of the Republic" in the "Cross-sectoral management" nomination.
At the Agency’s meeting the TIDA staff congratulated the Head of the department.
"As the Chief for me  every employee is the best. They just the best at their own sphere and I am glad that the experience and qualifications of Dmitry Alexeyev was evaluated in the prestigious competition. I'm sure he'll get extra motivation, strengthen the believe in his own strength and conquer new heights.
Today, the world's most valuable resource – are people. In the XXI century are successful those countries and regions that invest in education, science, training as a whole. We understand it and do it", said TIDA Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.
In his response, Dmitriy Alexeev thanked TIDA Chief Executive for the trust, the staff - for showing support.
The Republican contest is conducted in accordance with the Regulation "On the Republican contest "Best civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan", approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan from May 16, 2014 № UP-479.
In the first round the contest commission evaluates the contestants on the basis of the documents; evaluates the professional and personal qualities of the participants (individual interviews, testing and use of other forms of competitive tasks). In the second round 36 finalists of the contest prepared contest work on certain topics and defense it. Winner is the participant with the highest score in each category of the competition group.
