Industrial machine-building cluster to be!

Employees of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency participated in today’s Machine-building Cluster Forum 2015, held in Naberezhnye Chelny.

In 2014, in the Republic of Tatarstan under the auspices of the Kama cluster development center was formed machine-building cluster from local small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, which today brings together more than 72 participants. Today, about 350 forum participants gathered to discuss the results of the year and unfulfilled issues. The plenary session was held with the participation of the Nayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, Director of the Association of clusters and technology parks Andrey Shpilenko.

The official opening was followed by seminars and roundtables on topical issues of taxation, the use of innovative means of organizing the activities, participation in tenders and many others. As a result of the forum it was decided to support the initiative of the Kama cluster development center to establish the industrial machine-building cluster. The resolution of the forum will be directed to the consideration of the Government, the administrations of municipal districts, chambers of commerce of the Republic, where were put forward a number of proposals to strengthen activities such as the inclusion of small and medium-sized businesses in the delegations of business-missioons of Tatarstan, the creation of zones of the preferential taxation, introduction of innovative services, and others.

"Cluster development is a prerequisite for the implementation of the Strategy-2030, - said the Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina. - Development of industrial machine-building cluster will serve as the driver for the rest of the republic’s clusters."
