Within the fourth quarterly meeting of the Korean businessmen Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina made a presentation of the investment potential of Tatarstan to participants of the meeting - the heads of the leading Korean companies, including accredited in the Russian Federation.
During the event, more than 30 Korean businessmen got acquainted with the conditions of work of investors in Tatarstan, was presented investment portal of Tatarstan in the Korean language. Then there was a question-answer discussion and a number of individual meetings of TIDA Chief Executive with the leadership of some companies.
The last meeting will certainly give a new impulse to development of trade and economic relations of Tatarstan with Korean partners. Representing the Republic to the business community of Korea, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina much attention has focused on the benefits of the region in the sphere of economy and investment, she said about its advantageous geographical position, developed transport infrastructure and a powerful scientific, educational and industrial potential.
"We asked the Korean Embassy to assist in the organization of the event on their base. We have a mutual interest in some areas. We will work on the development of the agreements reached, especially since the political situation today corresponds for this," said Taliya Minullina.
It should be noted that the interaction between Tatarstan and Korea intensifies in other areas. So, from 18 to 19 December 2015 in Kazan Federal University was held the All-Russia competition on knowledge of the Korean language. Chairman of "Koreaekschendzh Bank Rus" Mr. Khan We Zhu was in the commission, who in the discussions, which took place in Moscow, noted the high level of diligence and professionalism of Tatarstan people, emphasizing on the fact that the graduates of the Kazan University is already making success in Korean companies.
