Law was signed on "Public - Private Partnership of Tatarstan Republic"

President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov signed a law “On public-private partnership”. The document provides establishment of legal framework which will contribute to the development of partnership between Tatarstan Republic state bodies and businessmen in essential social and economic issues.

According to a new law the Government of Tatarstan Republic will interact with small and middle-size entrepreneurship in order to develop this field of economy. Tatarstan will assist in financing, giving subsidies, budgetary investment, investment tax credit, providing state guarantees for the obligations of private partners, financing and cofinansing of planned events. Moreover, Tatarstan Government will provide lands and real estates. Also, information support will be rendered through the creation of regional information systems.
