The first joint meeting of the Club of Heads of Trade and Economic Missions (Departments of Embassies) of Foreign Countries Accredited in Moscow and the Council of Heads of Representative Offices of the Russian Regions under the President and the Government of Russia took place in the Expocenter Moscow Central Exhibition Complex.

The considerable part of the exhibition and the experts' speaking of the IT&Security Forum – 2019, the thirteenth time organized in Kazan by the Company "ICL System Technologies", was dedicated to the worldwide trends of cybercrime defenses, and also development directions and perspectives in Russia.

The Republic of Tatarstan has risen to the higher line and taken second place in the National Investment Climate Index in the Regions of Russia.

The action plan according to the agreement considers an information exchange, sharing experiences on attraction and implementation of investment projects, business-missions organization, helping along with the investment projects implementation within the territory of the agreement parties.
