Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the federal law "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and the Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation". Law №224 from 13 July 2015 will enter into force on 1 January 2016 (except for certain provisions). Federal law on PPP adopted in Russia for the first time, before that were only regional laws, which were often just for a framework.

On July 13, in Moscow, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a rehearsal of the presentation of the bid of Kazan for hosting WorldSkills championship in 2019.
It should be reminded that in January 2015, Russia submitted its preliminary bid to the WorldSkills International Secretariat with the intention to participate in the bid campaign for the right to host the world championship of professional skills WorldSkills Competition 2019 in Kazan.
The Board of Directors of the WorldSkills International allowed the Russian Federation to submit its bid to the WSI General Assembly in August 2015.

Thanks to the project "High-speed highway Moscow-Kazan" will be created over 80 thousand new jobs. This was announced during the discussion on the expert panel dedicated to HSH, which took place on July 9 in the international industrial exhibition "Innoprom-2015" in Yekaterinburg.

"During the construction of HSH will be created 80 thousand jobs, 45 thousand of which in related industries. At the stage of operation will remain 30 thousand jobs, 15 thousand of which in related industries", -noted the Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia Alexey Tsydenov (quoted by the news agency "Interfax").

Today the "upper" chamber of the Russian parliament (Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation) approved the draft of federal law "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and the Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation".

On July 1 the act was passed by the State Duma of Russia. It is expected that in the coming days it will be signed by the Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is expected that the law will come into force on January 1, 2016.

On July 7 in the capital of Tatarstan in the "Korston" held urban conference "Cities and Territories tomorrow: tools for Positive Change".

The meeting was attended by Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of Russia Sergey Pospelov, Brazilia National Secretary for Youth Gabriel Medina de Toledo, Head of the Department for Youth of the India Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Shri Radzheev Gupta, Vice-president of the All-China Youth Federation Joey Changkya, Director of the National Youth Development Agency of South Africa Hatutshelo Ramukumba. The event was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

In the area of the public-private partnership (PPP) of Russia happened an epochal event: "lower" chamber of parliament passed a bill on PPP - the first time in the history of the Russian Federation.

According to Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, because of the lack of the appropriate law around 130 projects with more than 1.3 trillion rubles funding are "hovering".

As Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina notes, "after the signing of the law by Russian President TIDA to prepare the necessary changes to the national law "On Public-Private Partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan" and proceed an active introduction of new public-private partnership that will give new impetus to the development of investment sphere".

On July 1 the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov inspected progress of reconstruction works of cultural heritage "Shamovskoy hospital building" in Kazan.

One of the first investment projects that being accompanied byTatarstan Investment Development Agency since the arrival of Taliya Minullina, is the reconstruction of "Shamovskoy hospital". On behalf of the President of Tatarstan TIDA conducts this work together with the Executive Committee of Kazan.
