Attracting financial resources to infrastructure, housing construction, and development of the transport network are issues that are relevant not only for Russian but also for foreign agglomerations. Practical approaches to their solution were discussed by participants in the plenary session that opened the forum "REBUS: Agglomerations: Experience, Opportunities, Challenges" on November 14 at the Kazan Expo site.
On November 13, 2024, at 9:00, a significant event will take place in the picturesque Gabdulla Tukay Garden in Kazan – a joint planting of coniferous trees. A delegation from the People's Republic of China will take part in the event, which will become an important part of the International Forum "SPROUTS: Russia and China – Mutually Beneficial Cooperation".
On November 14-15, the second International Forum "Sprouts: Russia and China - Mutually Beneficial Cooperation" will be held in Kazan, on the territory of the IEC "Kazan Expo", within the framework of which two exhibitions dedicated to trade and economic relations between Russia and China will be held. An important part of the forum will be the Russia China Expo exhibition.
For the second year in a row, the International Forum "Russia and China - Mutually Beneficial Cooperation: ROSTKI" will gather representatives of business circles of Russia and China in Kazan to discuss issues of bilateral cooperation in various fields of activity. The event will be held from November 13 to 15, 2024.
A rich cultural program has been prepared for guests, participants and experts of the Second International Russian-Chinese Forum "Sprouts". The Forum will include various events, Chinese cinema days, tea ceremonies, a tennis tournament, a hockey match, interactive performances and international expositions. There will also be excursions to UNESCO World Heritage sites, as well as excursions in the format of presentations of industrial Russian and Chinese potential.
From 13 to 15 November 2024, the 2nd International Forum "Russia and China - Mutually Beneficial Cooperation: SPROUTS" will be held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre. This Forum has established itself as one of the largest international events for the development of economic cooperation between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the provinces of the People's Republic of China.
The thirteenth municipal hour was held with the Zelenodolsk region at the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the end of the first day of the forum, the head of the TIDA, Taliya Minullina, gave a speech at the session with a report on the topic: “Islamic finance in the Republic of Tatarstan”.

In the presence of Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions AAOIFI - an Islamic international autonomous non-profit organization founded in 1991 in Bahrain and developing Sharia standards of accounting, auditing, management and ethics for Islamic financial institutions and industry, and the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.
