The agreement on the protection and promotion of capital investments (NWPC) guarantees the immutability of business conditions (taxes, customs regulation, land use conditions, urban development), makes it possible to compensate for part of infrastructure costs, as well as the cost of paying interest on loans and borrowings. The term of the NWPC and the amount of fixed conditions depend on the volume of investments.
