The Tatarstan Investment Development Agency hosted a live meeting with recruitment agencies in India. They discussed issues of attracting personnel to Russia from other countries, programs offered by enterprises of the republic and the investment climate of the region.

Rustem Abdrakhmanov, Head of the Information and Analytical Department of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, was entered on the Electronic Honor Board of state Civil Servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2025 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 19.11.2015 No. UP-1111.

These days, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, is working at the Kazan International Power Engineering Forum "Energoprom". Since 2026, the forum has been granted federal status. This morning, she attended a business breakfast at Novikombank JSC with the participation of the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Sergey Tsivilev, and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. In the evening, there will be a meeting between major companies in Tatarstan and the ministers of the CIS countries. Taliya Minullina will give a presentation. Today, at the plenary session of the XIV All-Russian Meeting of Entrepreneurs of Tatar villages, which was attended by Taliya Minullina, Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Dmitry Volvach, Head of Rosaccreditation, presented the certificate of accreditation of the Committee of the Duma of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Halal standard to the Chairman of the committee, Abbyas Shlyaposhnikov. In turn, he presented the first certificates of compliance with the Halal standard to Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant, Pure Free and Itle Kitchen companies.

A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was adopted, which secured the official republican status for the contest.
