The day before, the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, spoke at the V Congress of Regional Investment agencies and development corporations in Nizhny Novgorod. During the plenary session, she shared Tatarstan's experience in solving the problems faced by Russian investment attraction organizations from year to year. Thus, the discussion focused on the lack of long-term strategies for the development of Russian regions, the personnel issue (labor shortage in particular), KPIs (key performance indicators expressed in numbers or percentages). Taliya Minullina is convinced that the creation of a unified strategy for the country's investment development will reduce the degree of competition between regions in the fight for investors.: "We will be able to bring investors to each other if it is clearly defined which region is responsible for which economic and not only sphere." Tatarstan has already taken steps in this direction. The Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic has developed a master plan for the development of the Kazan agglomeration. To date, work is underway on master plans for the Kama and Almetyevsk agglomerations.

This week, employees of the departments of structuring and monitoring the implementation of investment projects and expertise of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan visited investment project facilities in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny (territory of advanced development) and the Arsky municipal district.

GTRK Tatarstan and the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan presented a joint film about achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals-2025 in the Republic.

Hot on the heels of a round table on the topic: "Partnership in action: investment and financial opportunities for Russia and India" (you can see his record here), which took place on October 8 as part of the first forum "Time: Russia — India. Mutual Efficiency", the next day, representatives of the government and business of India arrived at the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan to meet with the head of the Agency, Taliya Minullina. During the meetings, the parties summed up the preliminary results of the forum, outlined promising areas and topics for the next one, and, of course, worked out potential investment projects for implementation in Tatarstan.

Marina Epifantseva, Deputy Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the meeting of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Economy, Investment and Entrepreneurship.

Taliya Minullina, Head of the Agency, held a presentation of the economic and investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Unified Presentation Center of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, as well as an introductory meeting with the delegation of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (representatives of business and government) today. On the Agency's part, the meeting was also attended by Marina Epifantseva, Deputy Head of the Agency, and Elvira Shaykhutdinova, Head of the Investment Project Expertise Department. The Lao delegation was led by member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Minister, Chairman of the Academy of Politics and National Administration of Laos Phouvong Unkhamsen.

Secretary of the Ministry of AYUSH Rajesh Kumar Kotecha proposed 3 vectors for the development of cooperation with Tatarstan. This will increase cooperation between India and the Republic of Tatarstan and contribute to their economic growth. The Secretary of the Ministry expressed his initiatives at the business breakfast of the business forum "TIME: Russia – India. Mutual effectiveness". 

The opening ceremony of the Indian Film Festival within the framework of the Time Forum was attended by Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Leila Fazleeva, as well as a delegation of Indian filmmakers, including directors Nila Madhab Panda, Sajin Babu, actor Anupam Kher, lead actress in the film "Snow Flower" Chhaya Kadam and Director General of the National Corporation for the Development of Cinematography Achal Malhotra.
