Investments to develop the construction industry: Taliya Minullina in the Moscow Region Center for Construction Support
As a part of the visit to Moscow Region, the Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Taliya Minullina, learnt how the Moscow Region Center for Construction Support works with investors.
One hundred employees representing 12 government agencies and 11 organizations work at the unified platform of the Center, all decisions regarding town-building activities are made here.
The Minister of housing strategy of Moscow Region, Inna Fedotova, told of functions performed by the personal manager, which projects are being supervised, how much time it is required to obtain permits for construction and commissioning.
“It is a very interesting experience. Tatarstan is active in the field of various investment activities. The construction industry is also developed in our Republic. A potential exists both to develop both the industrial production of construction materials and machinery, and construction of new facilities of the residential, commercial real estate and infrastructure facilities,” Taliya Minullina noted.
