To this end, the city continues to develop industrial parks that show their high efficiency. They are now 12.
At the end of 2021, the number of residents amounted to 358. The number of employees increased by 7%, revenue - by 63%. Taxes in the amount of about 23 billion rubles were paid to all levels of budgets.
“In our city, there is an increase in the appeal to us from enterprises wishing to open their production on the territory of industrial parks. This is a good trend,” Nail Magdeev stated. Thus, 10 potential residents are planning to open their production facilities in the Razvitie industrial park. At the same time, the 1st and 2nd stages of the park are fully occupied.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov noted that the motor city ranks second in the republic not only geographically. In the rating of achievements of the republic, Naberezhnye Chelny is in second place in terms of construction volumes and shipped products. Fourth place - in terms of supply of goods of own production, thanks to the active work of KAMAZ, Daimler, Riat, Knorr-bremse and other large enterprises.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that TASED "Naberezhnye Chelny", the flagship of the development of Russian territories of advanced development, it is necessary to find new opportunities for development.
“The share of the gross territorial product of small businesses is now 34.7 percent, if TASED works actively, the percentage will be higher,” he said.
The President of Tatarstan noted that a large number of programs are currently being implemented in the republic. So, the M12 roads are being built, bypassing Nizhnekamsk and Chelny, a bridge across the Kama, Shali-Bavly. “Never in the history of the republic have such expensive facilities been built, we are sure that all projects will be implemented.”
