New measures to support investors: construction of houses for defrauded investors
The republic has taken support measures for investors who are completing the construction of houses of defrauded equity holders. Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov signed the Law on Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In particular, the requirements for the criteria that must be met by objects of social, cultural and public utility purposes, large-scale investment projects, for the placement and implementation of which it is allowed to lease land plots in state or municipal ownership without holding a tender, have been reduced. Total area of residential premises of an apartment building
(apartment buildings) must now be at least 3 thousand square meters. meters (previously no less than 5 thousand square meters). Accordingly, the size of support measures is now no less than 30 million rubles (previously it was no less than 50 million rubles).
