Taliya Minullina, head of the TIDA RT: "One thing can be said - since November of this year, the second life begins for the Alekseevsky Municipal District. Because a new road "Alekseyevskoye-Almetyevsk" with a length of 145 km, the "Shali-Bavly" highway (Europe-Western China) is being put into operation. And as you know, a road is always bread and a completely different level of development, because along with it, the Agency has already begun to implement new projects in the district: for the construction of a cargo terminal, new unloading elevators. It is also worth noting the colossal rapid development of the tourism sector. And this is also the key niche where it is worth investing in the Alekseevsky District."
Business could hear from the head Sergey Demidov about free niches for business investment, for example, in the field of livestock farming in the Alekseevsky district. The district can also provide free unclaimed buildings of municipal property. And even ponds for fish breeding in the villages of Novospassk and Bolshiye Tigany can also be obtained in the district for the implementation of the project!
Sergey Demidov: "The district is located in the center of the republic on the picturesque banks of the Kama River, we have good transport and water accessibility, only 90 km from the capital of the republic. The federal road "Kazan-Orenburg" passes through the district, by the end of the year the highway "Alekseyevsk-Almetyevsk" will open, the construction of a cargo port is underway. The geographical location makes us attractive in terms of investing in the tourist development of the territory. The flow of guests and visiting tourists and avid fishermen is growing every year. We have been visited by groups from Turkey, Korea, Karelia, Bashkiria and others, not to mention tourists from the cities of the republic and Russia. We have been investing in the tourism sector for 3.5 years and are already seeing results today, but without stopping there, we are also starting to develop production."
Answering questions from media representatives, the head of the district said that in the future he certainly expects to take first place in the investment attractiveness rating, despite the fact that the district is currently in 13th place, since the management team is maximalists. And in the short term of this year and next year, the head sets the task of entering the top 10 of the rating.
