"Investment Hour" with Rybno-Slobodsky Municipal District
The Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the republic. The report of the mayor of the city examines the main indicators of the district's activities, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, and achievements in a variety of areas.
The head of the Rybno-Slobodsky municipal district Radik Islyamov reported that investments in fixed assets in the district as a whole are expected to be about 2 billion rubles with a growth rate of 116.7%.
The Grigoriev peasant farm, using grant funds in the amount of 30 million rubles with the attraction of investments of 95 million rubles, completed the construction of livestock buildings for milk production for 150 heads of cows using milking robots from Lely. In January of this year, 61 heads of deeply pregnant heifers of highly productive breeds were brought in. Now the milk yield on the farm is 33 liters per cow. To date, 28 heads of heifers have been additionally purchased. In September, another 30 heads of highly productive heifers are expected.
The NEO TRANS company has purchased a roadside base in the district next to the M7-Volga highway. The volume of declared investments (stage 1) is 500 million rubles. It is planned to create 250 jobs. To date, 5 jobs have been created and sales of KAMAZ trucks have already begun.
In 2025, the company plans to launch a large roadside center for servicing trucks.
The Rybno-Slobodsky Dairy Plant continues to implement an investment project for milk processing. Foundation work for a new production building has been completed. The arrangement of utility networks is underway.
This year, negotiations with an investor on the construction of the recreation center "Rybnaya Sloboda" have begun. The goal of the project is to create all the necessary conditions for active recreation, with the provision of places for placing fishing equipment, recreation areas and a fish outlet. A land plot has been selected for the investor. The investment project will increase the attractiveness of the area by holding All-Russian fishing and sports events at this tourist base. The investment amount for the project is 300 million rubles, it is planned to create 40 jobs.
