The international forum "Kazanysh" will host a session for developers "Increasing the investment attractiveness of development projects through the use of effective urban development policies"
On February 7, as part of the international architectural and construction forum "Kazanysh", a session on the topic "Increasing the investment attractiveness of development projects through the use of effective urban planning policies" will be held. It will be organized by the creators of the international real estate exhibition International Property Market.
Among the speakers:
• Gil Penalosa (Canada / Colombia) - a world expert in the creation of public spaces, President of Gil Penalosa & Associates, Chairman of the Norman Foster Institute for Sustainable Urban Development, an expert consultant in the field of public spaces and sustainable mobility, ranks 24th in the list of the most influential urbanists according to the independent community Planetizen in 2023. After implementing a program to create and develop more than 200 parks in Bogota, he gained worldwide fame, was engaged in the improvement of parks and the modernization of the urban environment in a number of cities in Europe and America. • Vicente Loureiro (Brazil) — architect, consultant of the Rio de Janeiro State Transport Agency, developer of large-scale urban development projects in a number of cities in Brazil with extensive experience in senior positions in public administration and urban planning.
• Urmat Karybaev (Kyrgyzstan) — chief architect of the city of Bishkek, specialist in urban development policy, founder of the International architectural company UK-Architects.
• Oleg Grigoriev (Russia) — director of the State Budgetary Institution "Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan".
• Arina Sudakova (Russia) — CEO of the creative agency Evolution, an expert in integrating creative solutions into development projects. The session will be moderated by Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event will bring together leading experts in the field of development, urban planning and architecture and will become a platform for exchanging experiences and discussing the best global practices, as well as successful cases of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The session precedes the International Property Market 2025, which will be held on May 15-16 as part of the international economic forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum" 2025 at Kazan Expo. At the exhibition, forum participants will be able to continue to get acquainted with global trends in development and sustainable development, present their projects to investors and increase their recognition in the market.
