Two investment projects were noted at the architectural forum "Kazanysh"

The project of the future crematorium was recognized as the best at the international forum "Kazanysh". Its area will be more than one and a half thousand square meters, which is more than 2 hectares. The location has also been determined - the Kurgan cemetery. According to the project, the crematorium includes 2 farewell halls, modern furnaces and a columbarium for urns. It may be launched in 2029.

"The project is being implemented in three stages. In 2025, we plan to prepare the design documentation, obtain a construction permit and prepare the site and infrastructure for the building. In the period from 2026 to 2028, we plan to begin construction of the building, install equipment and conduct personnel training. In 2029, we want to put the facility into operation," said Galiya Kuchumova, executive director of the Concept-Industry company, at the final board of the RT Investment Development Agency at the end of January.

The project of the future cable car was also presented at the forum. The location is next to the Uram Park. It consists of 3 stations from the Akbars Arena stadium to Gorky Park. The length will be almost 3 kilometers.
