From May 27 to May 29, Moscow hosted the All-Russian Congress of Youth Self-Government within the framework of the GosStart Guides program, which brought together representatives of youth governments, parliaments and public organizations from all over Russia. Within the framework of the congress, Eleonora Yusupova, Advisor to the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan on investment development, made a presentation on "Tatarstan — the territory of opportunities".

During the presentation, the key advantages of the Republic of Tatarstan as one of the leading investment-attractive regions of Russia were presented. Special attention was paid to the developed industrial and transport infrastructure, special economic zones, priority development territories, as well as the opportunities that the republic provides to investors, entrepreneurs and young professionals. A separate topic of the report was the participation of youth in the socio-economic development of the region. Eleonora spoke about the activities of the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and cooperation with the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, noting that the youth of the republic today is not only included in the public agenda, but also participates in the discussion of investment projects, the development of initiatives and the development of the investment climate in the region.

Tatarstan's experience in building effective interaction between youth, government authorities and development institutions was also presented to the congress participants, which allows young people to gain practical experience and participate in making decisions that are significant for the region. Participation in such federal venues promotes the exchange of best practices between regions and strengthens the role of youth self-government in the development of the country.
