Meeting with participants of the Federal personnel reserve

25 June 2026, Thursday

During these days, a regional internship was organized for representatives of the federal personnel reserve in Tatarstan. The guests studied the republic's experience in attracting investors to preserve cultural heritage sites.

Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that Tatarstan pays great attention to the protection of cultural heritage sites. "What is especially important is that these objects should be not just monuments, but points of attraction and competencies. They must be involved and work in the interests of the residents and our guests. In general, we have a lot of achievements in this direction, but there is even more work ahead," said the President of the Republic.

The participants of the personnel reserve voiced a number of proposals that, with support at the federal level, can help attract investments in the preservation of cultural heritage sites and create additional opportunities for the development of territories. These include simplification of procedures for the transfer, restoration and subsequent operation of facilities, reduction of financial costs for the project, tax and other preferences for investors.

Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to submit these issues for consideration by the commission of the State Council of Russia on Infrastructure for Life, which is headed by the Rais of Tatarstan.
