"Turkish investors are satisfied with their work in Tatarstan!"
This was stated by the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Rifat Hisarciklioglu, who heads a delegation of Turkish business representatives who arrived in Kazan the day before. He not only noted the quality of the work of the Government of Tatarstan with foreign investors, but also the high level of organization of international events.
It should be recalled that the ASEAN Summit was recently held in Kazan, and representatives of Turkey are traditionally constant participants in the KazanForum.
In order to increase the number of foreign investors, Tatarstan continues to create comfortable conditions for doing business in the republic. Taliya Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency, told the guests about the creation of a new Green Valley economic zone focused on the development of biotechnologies.
The delegation was also invited to visit the Innopolis technical and innovation zone, which the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation regularly confirms as one of the best in the country.
Today, Tatarstan has created excellent opportunities to invest in the field of tourism – the Kazan Marina tourist territory was presented to the guests.
The President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, presented Rifat Hisardziklioglu with the Duslyk Order, noting that the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges makes an important contribution to the development of business ties between Tatarstan and Turkey.
"Tatarstan attaches great importance to the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation with Turkish partners. The Republic acts as an effective link between Russia and Turkey," said Rais of the Republic.
He stressed that Turkey is one of Tatarstan's leading foreign partners. Last year, the trade turnover amounted to $4.5 billion.
The Tatarstan and Turkish sides discussed cooperation on current issues of economic cooperation at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The round table was attended by the First Deputy head of the Agency Insaf Galiyev.
