On «Invest in Tatarstan» discuss the service industry and business process outsourcing

Within the first day of the International Winter Forum «Invest in Tatarstan» held «Service industry and business process outsourcing» roundtable.

Among the speakers were JSC «Credit Europe Bank» Vice-President Mete Janbolat, Courtyard Marriott Kazan Kremlin CEO Alex Nurok, Creative Project CEO Serkan Gezer, as well as ICL- KME CS Deputy CEO Evgeny Stepanov and Zest-Personal CEO Nadia Kayumova.

«Credit Europe Bank» Vice-president Mete Janbolat presented the activities of the bank, in particular the work of the bank in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Courtyard Marriott Kazan Kremlin CEO Alex Nurok told about the hotel’s decision to locate their hotel in Kazan. According to Alex Nurok, Kazan is a city where there are numerous hotels, modernized airport, and new roads. However, as noted Courtyard Marriott Kazan Kremlin CEO, Kazan also has certain difficulties, including a small number of large and important events, lack of English language proficiency among staff and lack of training courses in the field of hospitality. Commenting on his last remark, Alex Nurok noted that the construction of University of management and hospitality in Kazan Smart City will significantly change the current situation.

ICL- KME CS Deputy CEO Evgeny Stepanov said that, as a leading Russian company, offering comprehensive solutions in information technology and consulting, design, implementation , warranty and information systems service, they now has a lack of space and staff. He also presented the company's development plan for the period 2008-2017.

About his company also told the Creative Project CEO Serkan Gezer. The company was established in Kazan in 2004 as an engineering firm, and operates on the territory of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan in objects designing, such as hotels, shopping and entertainment business centers, educational facilities, media centers and houses. His presentation was accompanied by photos of the company’s projects made in Astana, Izhevsk, Sochi, Moscow, Tyumen and Istanbul.

Also at the «Service industry and business process outsourcing» discussion presented Zest-Personal CEO Nadia Kayumova. According to her, in Tatarstan now is a lack of IT-specialists. «To solve this problem we need to call on young people to study in technical faculties», - commented Nadia Kayumova.
