This year, special attention will be paid to the inter-level institutions development cooperation on implementing the investment, especially infrastructure projects, the organization of projects using public-private partnerships.
The organizers of the forum, which will be held in Yekaterinburg 2-3 April 2014, in addition to the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, Sverdlovsk region government and the Middle Ural Development Corporation, also are Eurasian Development Bank and the Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance.
The Forum also supported the Global Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA), «Invest in Russia» National Investment Agency, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the public organization «Business Russia», National Investment and Development Agencies Association, Association of Industrial Parks.
The Second Forum of Institutions Development will be the specialized area of international, federal and regional institutions development to discuss best practices and development prospects. Compared to last year at the second forum will be significantly expanded topics of discussed issues, increased the number of guests from international organizations and agencies.
In total, more than 700 people invited to the Second All-Russian Institutions Development Forum. Representatives from more than 50 corporations and development agencies from different regions of Russia have already expressed their wish to participate in the event. Representatives of a dozen foreign investment agencies planes to come to the forum.
Executive Director of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) Carlos Bronzatto confirmed his participation. Mr. Bronzatto will participate in a roundtable, where present the world's best practices in attracting investments. To participate in this discussion also invited the representatives from Turkey Investment Attracting and Support Agency, the Agency "Invest in France" and the Swiss Trade and Investment Promotion Agency. Among the participants also will be Irish Enterprise, Trade and Innovation Agency. It will be presented by Adrian De Witt - Head of Economic Analysis and competitiveness.
In the Second Forum of Institutions Development to participate the representative of the President of the Russian Federation on the Protection of the entrepreneurs rights Boris Titov. Business Ombudsman will present in the plenary session of the forum, where talks about his vision of the interaction of new development institutions with the Institute for entrepreneurs rights.
«Our country have a lot of development institutions, they are in each region, and, in our opinion, such a communication, declaration of best practices, exchange of views will greatly assist the work of regional and local development institutions», - noted the Sverdlovsk Region Governor Yevgeniy Kuyvashev.
