Taliya Minullina: "Do what you love: this is the way to success"

On January 28 Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina met with the participants of the intramural stage of the Republican project "Personnel Reserve". The speakers in the project involves representatives of government agencies, businesses, culture and art.

 

TIDA Chief Executive gladly responded to the invitation of the organizing committee:

personnel work is one of the priorities of the Agency (TIDA continues to work on the formation of personnel reserve, and it is the first of the government agencies using new methods, such as recruiting through the HeadHunter portal and media coverage). Dialogue with the ambitious and talented young people - another step towards strengthening the team and ambitious projects.

In the hall of the "Volga" youth center has gathered more than 100 people.

A lively discussion was held in the format of "question-answer".

Responding to a question about leadership, Taliya Minullina noted that the leader – is a person who is constantly working on himself. "The ability to negotiate and find a mutually beneficial compromise, and with absolutely different people, corporations, centers of influence - is an inherent quality of a leader. A good example is the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov,"- said TIDA Chief Executive.

Many project participants interested in the question about the competitive advantages of Tatarstan. "An effective system of power, the ability to keep up with the times and receive calls, favorable geographical location, natural resources. Also need to say about the developed and developing infrastructure: it is able to attract investment", - answered Talia Minullina.

A large number of students asked about how to achieve success. "Competencies needed to be successful - is a systemic and analytical thinking, management skills, social responsibility, teamwork, ability to admit mistakes, effective communication, stress resistance, willingness and ability to implement changes. High skills are required to win in life and profession, flexibility and resourcefulness, creativity and innovation, ingenuity and perseverance", - concluded the head of the public body responsible for the involvement and support of investment.

Answering a question on how to become a sought-after in the labor market, Taliya Minullina said: "The most important thing - it's doing what you love. Of course, your job skills should be sought. If you find your job, your way of self-realization, then it will be a success. Remember that in the modern world are very much appreciated narrow specialists with knowledge of foreign languages".

In conclusion the Executive Director of the Project Ildar Huzzyatov thanked Talia Minullina for performance and gifted her a book about the project and symbolic statue "Personnel reserve".

 "Do not be afraid to look for yourself. I wish you to make your way to success to be bright and saturated",- addressed to the participants of republican project the Chief Executive of TIDA.

 

For reference

Implemented in Tatarstan since 2009 the "Personnel reserve" project during its existence became a member of the republican system of selection, training and involvement in socially significant activities of youth leaders. The project formed innovative scientific and educational technologies and methods of working with active youth that have proven effective in practice. Each year in the project participate representatives of all socio-demographic groups of young people living in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, aged 16 to 30 years.

The main stages of their selection for the project - a survey, testing, discussion. Discussion provides participants with an opportunity of personal contact with politicians, businessmen and managers meeting them, as well as holding master classes and seminars.

In the five years of the Project existence have been trained about 1,200 people, implemented 38 projects and more than 1,000 social actions. To date, the project participants are working in the system of government of the Republic of Tatarstan. More than 50 reservists were invited to work in the government and municipal authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the Presidential Administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Youth and Sport and the executive committees of municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as become municipalities deputies and assistant of the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. More than 60 participants and finalists of the Project employed on industrial and commercial sector and more than 100 headed various associations of the Republic, more than 60 people working in the education system of the Russian Federation.
