And in the course of today's events, Vladimir Putin said that in response to the restrictions that are trying to create to Russia will be extended free enterprise. According to TIDA Chief Executive, enterprise development is not possible without investments, in this context, the investment activity takes on a special meaning.
The Message of the President of Russia provides some real mechanisms for attracting investment, including in areas that will help the country to strengthen its position in the global economic space.
"Firstly, the regions be invited to provide the right to reduce the tax rate to zero (today the base rate - 20 percent) in special investment contracts. Investors need to cover their capital costs on creation of new industries and the country - on the development of high-tech industry. I'm sure that Tatarstan will take advantage of this option.
Secondly, the President proposed to extend the amnesty of capital for another six months, to simplify this procedure, to provide additional guarantees. Tatarstan is ready to become a platform for such capital in order to provide opportunities for its augmentation.
And thirdly, the task to put into circulation millions of hectares of arable land, which is now idle, has been actualized. Tatarstan – is the agrarian leader of the country, and agribusiness - the sphere of investors’ interests, including those from China, and therefore the agriculture in Tatarstan will grow through investment - both domestic and foreign", commented Taliya Minullina the "investment unit" of the Message of the President of Russia.
