Tatarstan President congratulates the employee of TIDA with a victory in the competition

The results of the republican contest "Best civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2015 summed up yesterday at the Cabinet of Ministers of RT. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov presented awards to 12 winners in six categories.

In the category "Cross-sectoral management" Head of the examination of investment projects department of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Dmitry Alexeyev was the best.

Today, the staff of TIDA congratulated a colleague with the victory.

"We are very pleased to the victory of our Dmitry Alexeyev. This success is doubly valuable because TIDA staff number is less than in other ministries and departments. And I'll say it again - every TIDA employee is the best in their own way," said Taliya Minullina.

"I think that it is a merit of all TIDA because the project was based on the activities of the Agency. I would like to thank the Chief and staff for their support," said in a response Dmitry Alexeev.

The objectives of the competition "Best civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan" - is to identify and encourage the best representatives of the state administration and create an additional motivation in the public service. The competition was held in six categories, each of which was divided into two groups. Originally qualifying rounds were held in ministries and departments, their follow-up from 30 government agencies has been nominated 71 participants. Then, within the republican stage in the first round held examination of the legislation knowledge, the level of knowledge of the state and foreign languages. One of the tests was the business game where contestants had to show a high level of professional and managerial qualities, commitment to public service, team work and initiative, as well as their work effectiveness.

At the final stage contestants submitted to the Republican competition commission their project works. Members of the commission, composed of the heads of the Office of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan State Council and independent experts, assessing the contestants, determined the top 12 employees.
