Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina answered the questions of the Chinese edition of BBC World Service. Journalists of the corporation created a series of reports about the interaction of Russia and China, within the tour they have visited Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tatarstan. During the hour-long interview of Jackie Xing Taliya Minullina answered questions about attracting investors from China, joint projects of Tatarstan and provinces of China (Sichuan, Heilongjiang and Xinjiang, etc.), high-speed railway Moscow-Kazan, the transport corridor "Europe - Western China", industrialized markets and favorable conditions of doing business in Tatarstan. "There are special economic zones and industrial parks, and other investment infrastructure objects on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, much attention is paid to economic and trade relations with foreign partners, attracting foreign investment, including from China," noted in the BBC material.    WHY TATARSTAN IS THE BEST SOLUTION... Haier Rus CEO Song Zhenhua admitted that the Chinese high-tech company carefully studied several regions of Russia for the placement, and has chosen Tatarstan because of the advantageous geographical position and access to international markets, the stability and continuity of management, transparency of the business environment, the possibility to carry out development strategy.
