How builders assist investors

On January 25, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina participated in the extended meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended the meeting. I think it is not a coincidence that the extended meeting took place at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering - it is logical to plan future where it originates from. We work closely with the Ministry in part of support for the investment projects. Almost every investor faces the process of object construction and needs assistance. We therefore thank our colleagues for joint work in 2015 – noted Taliya Minullina.  Drawing up the results of work in 2015, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of RT Irek Fayzullin has underlined that actuation of investment activity is one of the conditions for sustainable economic development of the industry. Tatarstan Republic ranks the 1st among regions of the Volga Federal District in investment into the fixed capital. The investments in construction amounted in 11.1 billion rubles or 2.1% of the total amount of investments in the fixed capital of Tatarstan Republic in 2015. Minister also told about the process of licensing companies which are willing to work in management of an apartment house market. In total there are 612 large companies and 700 small and medium-sized enterprises on the service market of housing and communal services. In 2015 the volume of sales of housing and communal services increased in comparison with 2014 by 3% but number of workers decreased by 1.4% (440 people). Furthermore, Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering became the unifying core of the Research and Education cluster of Republic. This cluster ensures access to higher professional education for gifted graduates of colleges. Specialized programs on cross-cutting education have been established here for  construction complex and housing and communal services.
