Russian investment and building forum: transparent walls on the green foundation.
Tatarstan Investment Development Agency representatives participated in Vth Anniversary Russian Investment and Building Forum in Moscow. Republic exposition was organized in cooperation with Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services. Tatarstan was praiseworthily represented in all its glory. Republic really has something worth showing: 2,4 mln m2 of housing representing 100% of annual work plan were put into operation in 2015. Tatarstan steadily is among the top ten leading regions of Russia by this figure.
This forum is the main board for direct communication and cooperation between federal authorities, executive bodies of federal subjects and development institutions of state with construction sector professionals, investment and banking community.
Discussions on up-to-date issues of effective investment in new economic environment and creating of favorable conditions from the standpoint of foreign investors were among many themes of the Forum. Agency representatives took part in discussion of investor risks, in order to identify which measures can be taken to shape transparent game rules as well as learn the most attractive projects form for Russian and foreign investors and how efficiency of long-term investment can be provided.
Round table on «Green construction in Russia. Experience and prospects for development» was held during the event. Green construction practice in Tatarstan, “green standards” implementations at “Innokam” cluster territory, which ensure high-energy efficiency, ecological security and principles of resource saving were discussed.
For reference. Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services organized the event with the participation of Moscow Government. Anniversary Forum was dedicated to current questions of construction sector innovative development and boosting investment attractiveness. Forum opened with a session “Construction sector is a serious potential of sustainable economic growth of country” with participation of minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russian Federation Mikhail Men’, Deputy of the Mayor of Moscow for the urban policy and construction Marat Husnullin, minister of construction, architecture and Housing and Communal Services Irek Faizullin and Chief Executives of National associations of leading industry companies.
