Taliya Minullina`s hometown is flourishing

Vth reporting session of Kazan City Duma of the third convocation took place at the city hall on February 26. Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina participated in work of the session. 

Statement of performance of Kazan Mayor`s work during 2015 as well as reports of Kazan City Duma, Executive Committee and Chamber of Control and Accounts of Tatarstan capital were represented to deputies.

Further Fathers of the City discussed implementation of housing programs in 2015, making changes in the budget and in the forecast plan of municipal property privatization in 2016. Additional agreements to contracts of the budgetary credits provision were approved and changes in presentation order for municipal property leasing were updated and other topical issues were considered.

“Kazan is my hometown. It is significantly important for me, therefore, to provide prosperity of the capital including investors` funds. We set up a number of projects in 2015, but there are some difficulties, as there always are. First is the lack of utility networks in some districts of the city. There are no reserves of available capacities and construction of new capacities is extremely expensive: present period is economically difficult for budget and unattractive for investors. Problem of long-term financing and infrastructure development in Russia is all together a crucial issue. But a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step…”- expressed her concern at the end of session Taliya Minullina.
