New economic reality as an advanced professional training

The session of the Tatarstan Presidential Council for entrepreneurship chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was held on March 10. Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina participated in its work.

“Many people describe our days as a time of new opportunities. It is impossible to work and live as before, it is necessary to change both yourself and business process system.  Just imagine: you walked through flat road and suddenly turn out to be up to your neck in the water. You will not continue walking, right? It is necessary to learn swimming, in order to move forward. Both business and government should learn to act effectively in new conditions.  It can be said now that new realities give us possibility to pass an advanced professional training course” – convinced Taliya Minullina.

Authorized Representative of the President of Russian Federation for Entrepreneurs` Rights Boris Titov, who was invited to the session, participated in discussion actively. He noted that Tatarstan administration made a lot for development and support of entrepreneurship in region and expressed his hope for changes in business and government relationship and adaptation to new conditions made by both sides.

In the framework of the Council project teams were created each of them developing initiatives on pressing issues for entrepreneurship. Heads of project teams addressed the meeting with their proposals. Tatarstan President supported their initiatives, in particular, on development of mobile and nonstationary trade and recommended to continue the work started. Entrepreneurial initiative and steps towards improvement of business environment influence business climate positively and ease of doing business in Tatarstan and Russia as a whole.
