Handmade with Tatarstan nature

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina participated in Vth   All-Russian meeting of entrepreneurs from Tatar villages of Russian regions. In 2016 meeting took over 600 representatives of small businesses, farm enterprises and courtyards from more than 36 regions of Russian Federation, including Tatarstan Republic.

First All-Russian meeting was held in 2012, pressing issues, affecting various aspects of rural entrepreneurs` life were discussed with the participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Time proved that the issues raised at the meeting remain relevant and need constant attention. Thus, topics of agriculture, livestock and poultry, apiculture and fish-breeding, as well as cottage industry were under discussion at the panel sessions of the last day of the meeting.

An exhibition-fair of Halal-industry producers and goods of cottage industry from regions of Russian Federation, visited by Rustam Minnikhanov before plenary meeting, was organized in the framework of the meeting.

“Small businesses sector – is a crucial component of every developed economy. Without it neither economy, nor society will not develop.  Production of farm enterprises, handmade items of crafters are highly prized today.  We often host foreign guests in Agency and see their interest particularly to such products. They take these handmade souvenirs home with Tatarstan nature: head-dress embroidered by hand or leather kind of moccasins, silver hasite and pictures, embroidered at velvet, clay figures and designer`s dolls” – told Taliya Minullina.
