Going to Kuwait without a visa

On April 10, the Agreement between the Government of Russian Federation and the Government of Kuwait State came into force on visa-free travelling.
Not all citizens of our countries can take advantage of this option. If you possess a foreign passport of standard form, a visa is still required. And women, by the way, can enter if accompanied by a man, otherwise they may not enter the country without giving a reason.

But the holders of diplomatic, service and special passports do not need a visa. They have the right to enter the territory of the other state, leave it, transit through the territory only on presentation of this passport. One of the first to take advantage of this Agreement will be the Minister of Waqf of Kuwait Mr.Yagkub Assaig. He will visit Kazan in May to participate in the VIII International Forum "Russia - Islamic World: Kazansummit 2016".
