Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on April 11, 2016 №642-p, which approved the 44 indicators for analysis of the state of the investment climate in the Russian regions, assessment of effectiveness of the regional authorities and identification of effective practices that will ensure the best results for improvement the investment climate in Russia.

The list of indicators used to calculate national ranking state investment climate in the Russian regions includes indicators of length of roads, number of settlements, volume of tax revenues to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation subject, procurement of information and others. Also the procedure of collecting, preparing and presenting by the federal and regional executive authorities, "Agency for Strategic Initiatives on promotion of new projects" in conjunction with leading business associations of analyzing the results of national rating on investment climate in the regions of the state is approved based on indicators values.

Russia today is a real investment diamond, because the cost of admission to the market, due to the devaluation of the national currency fell to a minimum, and export opportunities bring in extraordinary profits, - said Chief Executive of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina.
