On Thursday, 10 September at Pestrechinsky region (Koschakovskoe rural settlement) will begin construction of wholesale trade and logistics center "Agromir Kazan", which has no analogues in Russia. The presentation and the ceremony of the project will be attended by Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The beginning of the event is at 11-00.

The first phase of the project will be completed and will begin work in the IV quarter of 2016. ORC "Agromir Kazan" will completely begin to work in 2021.

The project to create wholesale trade and logistics center "Agromir Kazan" was included in the list of priority projects in the second meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-Chinese commission on investment cooperation, which was held on June 18, 2015 in St. Petersburg under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov and Deputy Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Zhang Gaoli.

"Agromir Kazan" – is a diversified wholesale trade and logistics platform, which will allow to establish direct trade contacts between agricultural producers and buyers for wholesale segment, to determine a mutually acceptable to producers and consumers of the market price for the products of a single trading site in the republic, as well as to preserve and process agricultural products produced in Tatarstan.

The area of ​​ the first stage building will be 49 ha (total area planned for building - 148 ha). The area of the buildings being built in the first stage will be more than 150 thousand square meters. In the area of ​​wholesale trade and logistics center will be located pavilions for wholesale trade of fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, warehouses, the area for long-term storage and processing of agricultural products, parking for cars and trucks, the trade building comprising offices, cafe and hotel complex.

In the wholesale trade and logistics center was used an innovative approach to organizing the flow of goods (the ability to set different transport’s speed modes, convenient approaches and entrances to the center). In addition, the food trade will be carried out between 06:00 and 22:00, which will allow buying the freshest products at a convenient time. On the territory will work phytosanitary laboratory, which ensures quality control of the goods.

The investor is "NGC" (National Grocery Corporation). This company is actively engaged in the development of the domestic agricultural market, supports primarily Russian manufacturer and thus makes a significant contribution to food security.

The project took place thanks to the direct support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the government of Tatarstan. The project is supported by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.

The volume of investments of the first stage of the project is 9 billion rubles. Starting of the wholesale trade and logistics center "Agromir Kazan" in its first phase will make working more than 117 sq. m. of commercial space (in 2021 - 357 thousand square meters),  will create more than 2,000 jobs. Tax payments to budgets of all levels are estimated at almost 500 million rubles annually.

"Agromir Kazan" is not just wholesale trade and logistics center, but a real market city, completely elaborate and convenient for both producers and consumers of agricultural products, - emphasized the speaker of "National Grocery Corporation", Construction manager Vladimir Arefiev. - The project will establish a fair market price for the products, will contribute to solving problems of import substitution, will allow to trade in accordance with the best international practices and standards. The successful experience of Kazan in the future will be extended to other regions".

The authorized capital of ACRA will be divided into 3,000,000 shares with par value of 1 thousand rubles each and the total amount will be 3 billion rubles. According to experts, because of the multiplicity of alleged participants (each of which owns not more than 5% of the capital), the rating agency will be able to avoid the perception of bias and a significant amount of capital will allow to speak about the responsibility and the importance of its ratings.

It is expected that the ACRA Board of Directors will consist of 5 members, 4 of them are independent. Nomination of candidates for the board will be hold every 3 years at by the nomination of the current board of directors.

Earlier the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 13, 2015 N 222-FZ "On the activities of credit rating agencies in the Russian Federation, on the amendment to the article 76[1] of the Federal Law "About the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" and Invalidating certain provisions of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", which defines the basic concepts of rating activities and the conditions for its implementation in Russia, the procedure of accreditation agencies.

According to the law the rating agency should ensure the independence of the activities from political and economic influence, to prevent conflicts of interests. At the same time it can not withdraw the ratings assigned by national rating scale, based on the decisions of foreign states or international unions.

LLC "FIKS" has presented a project to develop a platform to manage content services of operators of online services, which will provide a single entry point for partner programs, tools for multiple efficiency analytics of paid subscriptions.

The head of the company " Si Ai Connect" presented a project for the development of software and hardware systems on project, investment and portfolios management.

Another candidate - LLC "UNITS" presented a “Cryptogramm” cloud service. The project in the SEZ "Innopolis" will develop their own software solutions using cloud computing technologies and the modern means of cryptographic protection of information. The founder of the company is CJSC "Taxnet".

Next to the members of the Supervisory Board was presented educational project LeveL90 (LLC "Level 90") to create an interactive educational web services on various topics, aimed at promoting literacy, education and education of consumer.

The aim of the young project of the "DomBobra" company is to develop a product that allows you to aggregate, select the proposal, calculate the cost based on completed transactions and custom assessments, integrated with a single affiliate program on the Internet.

LLC "Govermedia Inc." is a project to develop a platform for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. The project developed products aimed at developing public involvement in the problems of entrepreneurship development.

LLC "Intelligent Design" plans to develop RAFT service in the territory of SEZ "Innopolis", aimed at management of meetings and conferences for private and corporate clients.

Another project, which was considered at a meeting of the Supervisory Board, provides a creation of a platform "StroykAp" for communication of participants of construction equipment market, applications exchange and searching for subcontractors.

The final was the presentation of the project for development of software TATPROJECT. The program product contains a fully functional information system of projects and organizations management.

All projects got today the approval of the Supervisory Board of the SEZ "Innopolis".

To date the Supervisory Board approved the applications of 15 companies already operating in the field of information technology.

In the near future the applications will be reviewed inthe Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, which means to be the final stage of the procedure for getting a status of the resident of SEZ "Innopolis".

On September 3, in Kama Industrial Park "Master" in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov launched a new investment project: production space for assembling and installation of equipment to the chassis of specialized machines working in the housing sector were opened.

Investor is LLC "Koluman Rus" - a subsidiary of the Turkish holding "Koluman”, whose head Mustafa Koluman attended the ceremony.

The company will also carry out maintenance of its products throughout Russia.

Today on the territory of the special economic zone "Alabuga" Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has started the work of Russia's first plant for production of FordSollers automobile engines.

Up to this point motors for cars were delivered from abroad.

The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexander Morozov, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina, FordSollers President Mark Ovenden and SEZ "Alabuga" CEO Timur Shagivaleev.

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that he was glad that the FordSollers project developes in Tatarstan. Competitive products that are manufactured in Tatarstan will find their place in the market, and the republic will create better conditions for the production, said the leader of the republic.

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina said “cool” about an opening of the new factory:

"Tatarstan has successfully implements the federal task of the localization and development of the industry, including through foreign investment.

Opening of a new factory today is cool, because we are creating another world brand modern production in Russia and the suppliers are local producers. It will strength the economic power of the whole country.

Here are specific examples: the new plant will increase the level of localization of domestically produced Ford vehicles to 45% and this will happen in 2015. Russian companies such as JSC "Volga motor plant" and "GAZ Group" will supply the main components for engines (cylinder block, crankshaft, block head), spark plugs to be used with Russian Bosch factory and engine oil supplies "Lukoil".

$ 275 million in Tatarstan - is certainly cool".

The entire volume of engines produced at the plant in "Alabuga" will be supplied for Ford cars, manufactured at the Russian factories of FordSollers joint venture. The first produced model was the engine gasoline engine 1,6 Ti-VCT Sigma - in different versions it develops the capacity of 85, 105 and 125 horsepower. This modification will be equipped on not less than 30% of Ford cars produced in Russia - Focus, EcoSport, Fiesta models.

In the first phase production capacity will be 105,000 engines per year, with the possibility of increasing to 200 thousand per year.

The amount of investment in new production was $ 275 million, the factory created 200 jobs, and, according to FordSollers representatives, 95 percent of the plant's employees are residents of Yelabuga region and Naberezhnye Chelny, many of them have been trained at Ford factories abroad.

Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Alexander Morozov said that today's event is an indicator of investment attractiveness of Tatarstan, and at the same time is the result of a collaborative effort of investors, management of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan.
