Today the "upper" chamber of the Russian parliament (Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation) approved the draft of federal law "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and the Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation".

On July 1 the act was passed by the State Duma of Russia. It is expected that in the coming days it will be signed by the Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is expected that the law will come into force on January 1, 2016.

On July 7 in the capital of Tatarstan in the "Korston" held urban conference "Cities and Territories tomorrow: tools for Positive Change".

The conference was attended by Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, representatives of federal (Russian Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Economic Development) and national government agencies, businessmen, experts and members of the public. On the morning of July 6 in the Kazan Kremlin Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met the Heads of youth delegations of BRICS summit. The meeting was attended by Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of Russia Sergey Pospelov, Brazilia National Secretary for Youth Gabriel Medina de Toledo, Head of the Department for Youth of the India Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Shri Radzheev Gupta, Vice-president of the All-China Youth Federation Joey Changkya, Director of the National Youth Development Agency of South Africa Hatutshelo Ramukumba. The event was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina.

In the area of the public-private partnership (PPP) of Russia happened an epochal event: "lower" chamber of parliament passed a bill on PPP - the first time in the history of the Russian Federation.

According to Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, because of the lack of the appropriate law around 130 projects with more than 1.3 trillion rubles funding are "hovering".

As Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina notes, "after the signing of the law by Russian President TIDA to prepare the necessary changes to the national law "On Public-Private Partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan" and proceed an active introduction of new public-private partnership that will give new impetus to the development of investment sphere".

On July 1 the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov inspected progress of reconstruction works of cultural heritage "Shamovskoy hospital building" in Kazan.

One of the first investment projects that being accompanied byTatarstan Investment Development Agency since the arrival of Taliya Minullina, is the reconstruction of "Shamovskoy hospital". On behalf of the President of Tatarstan TIDA conducts this work together with the Executive Committee of Kazan.

The delegation headed by Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is in a working visit to Ireland. The delegation includes Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina. One of the aims of the visit – is an acquaintance with the best practices in the field of innovation and venture development.

 In recent years the Russian Federation takes an active work on systematic anti-corruption work. Thus, the President of Russia has introduced a new, more rigorous procedure of accountability of public officials; federal laws set clear criteria and constraints that determine the functioning of the state apparatus.
