Russian Agency for the Export Credit and Investment Insurance (EXSAR) and JSC «Tatfondbank» (Russia) concluded the first contract of insurance of the exporter’s working capital loan.

Under this agreement EXSAR insured financing by Tatfondbank the Tatarstan Export Corporation to supply spare parts for railway locomotives and wagons in Latin America. The volume of the insured contract – is more than 480 thousand dollars.

Agreement on «Creating transport hubs in Kazan and Kazan Smart City» signed the Government of Tatarstan and JSC «Russian Railways».

Document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and the Head of the Railway stations Directorate – branch of JSC «RZD» Sergey Abramov.

During the meeting in Tatarstan Investment Development Agency discussed opportunities and inter-regional cooperation, cooperation development and the prospects for the implementation of joint projects.

In the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan delegation of Mari El, which included representatives of the Ministry of Industry, Transport and Roads, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Investment Development Agency, arrived on a one day working visit.

Event on the exchange of experience in the investment projects implementation, selected by the regions of the Russian Federation as the successful practices implemented by attracting extra-budgetary investments, as well as the use of public-private partnership (PPP), is chaired by the Director of the extra- budgetary investment projects of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Marina Shilkina.

Republic of Tatarstan at a seminar in Moscow represents Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov. The event will also discuss the successful practices of Tyva and Daghestan, Volgograd, Samara, Tyumen and Kostroma regions.

The report, which is prepared by the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia together with the scientific and expert community, should be the terms of reference for the preparation of the Strategy of Economic Development of the Regions of the Russian Federation and to improve the quality of life of its citizens.

Importance of the work gives also the fact that in June this year in Russia adopted the Federal Law «On the strategic planning in the Russian Federation». It is expected that the report will reflect a number of important issues for the country. In particular, forecasts for economic and social development of the Russian Federation and the subjects of the country, taking into account forecasts of global and regional multi-national institutions, as well as the world's leading investment companies; the concept of long-term and medium-term development of key industries; national values and strategic interests of Russia and their localization; analysis and identification of the competitive advantages of the Russian Federation regions, the ratings of competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the regions of the country; provision of resources for the development of Russian regions.

The first meeting of the «Development Kama economic zone» zonal development site passed in Nizhnekamsk in the second phase of the development of the Strategy for Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan to 2030.

The event was attended by experts of the «Tatarstan-2030», the representatives of the regional and municipal authorities, businesses, specialized public and scientific organizations, as well as members of the Kama innovative territorial industrial cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Enterprise with 80 years of history discovered a new activity – production of shrink barrier film. The launching ceremony of a new perspective on the production of «Tasma» in Kazan was attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Barrier film is used for food packaging, helping to increase their shelf life. Formulation of the film was based on Italian technology, but with the participation of «Tasma» specialists. Primary funding for the project carried out by JSC «Sberbank of Russia» within the agreement signed on September 5, 2013. The total investment amounts is 303.5 million rubles.

Today in Mamadysh opened a new plant for the production of ceramic bricks. The project was implemented with the use of modern equipment and technologies of Spanish companies.

The ceremony, attended by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, was held on the site of CJSC "Strojservis".

The "Delrus" company held a groundbreaking ceremony in the construction of the second phase of the medicines production plant.
