This project will be implemented in the «Tyulyachi» municipal industrial site’s territory.

Under the leadership of Linar Yakupov in Tatarstan Investment Development Agency was hold the regular meeting of the Investment Commission, where was presented decorative PVC pellicle production.  It was attended by independent experts, representatives of commercial banks, consulting, leasing, insurance and investment companies, state and municipal authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held with the participation of Head of Tyulyachi region Ildus Zaripov, Tatarstan Export Corporation CEO Ayrat Nazmeev, Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Ingushetia Yusuf Zurabov, the representatives of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).

The project was initiated by LLC «HimInzhiniring». As company CEO Vadim Efimov noted, the PVC pellicle mostly used in furniture facades, windows and window sills, fabrication of suspended ceilings and doors. In 2013 the consumption of pellicle in Russia amounted to about 52 million square meters or 28 tons.

Experience of the bank on financing the automotive industry in Russia will be presented in roundtable «Local production of automotive components».

The event, which will take place in the first day of the II International Winter Forum «Invest in Tatarstan», will be moderated by the National Association of Automotive Components CEO Michael Blokhin.

Topics for discussion at the roundtable «Local production of automotive components» will be a key factor of the development strategy in the localization of automotive components, evaluation of existing procedures in procurement of components, necessary conditions and risks in the process of project implementation. In addition, will be discussed the best practices of Russian and international companies.

The meeting, which took place in the residence of Saudi Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador in the Russian Federation, attended by 11 ambassadors and 7 temporary attorneys of Arab countries.

In discussing of cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Arab countries also participate the Vice Speaker of the Federation Council Ilyas Umakhanov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on international issues Radik Gimatdinov, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov, «Tatneft» CEO Nail Maganov, Rector of Kazan Federal University Ilshat Gafurov.

Saudi Ambassador of the Russian Federation Ali Hassan Jaafar, welcoming a delegation of Tatarstan, told that the Arab countries know the Republic of Tatarstan. He also underscored that he was in the republic during the III International Economic Summit of Russia and OIC countries (KazanSummit 2011) and was personally convinced that «Tatarstan – one of the most developed regions of Russia».

Acceptance of applications for participation in «Invest in Tatarstan» Youth Ambassadors» program has begun.

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum have begun the initiative of involving representatives of youth in creating a favorable investment climate in the Republic of Tatarstan, the promotion of investment opportunities in the region.

Program, aimed at the formation of a group of youth representatives to participate in creating a favorable investment climate in the region, international projects in the investment and business fields, also supported by the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Academy of Youth Diplomacy.

Their participation in the forum already confirmed the representatives of 10 foreign countries, including Germany, India, Italy, UAE, Singapore, USA and Turkey.

Heads of international companies from around the world come to Tatarstan to explore investment opportunities and projects of the republic, to establish contacts with the authorities of the region. At the forum foreign visitors and local business leaders will discuss the aspects of doing business in Tatarstan and experience in investing in the republican projects.

The forum is interesting not only for foreign participants, but also to the representatives of Russian regions, such as Yakutia, Kamchatka, Nizhny Novgorod, Sverdlovsk, Samara and Ulyanovsk. At the forum «Invest in Tatarstan» will meet businessmen, international investors and heads of major international companies interested in cooperation and collaboration with each other.

«About the creation of advisory body – the Foreign Investors' Council «Tatarstan Investors’ Club» under Tatarstan Investment Development Agency” decree was signed on 14 February 2014.

It was created after holding the meeting with the participation of the foreign companies operating in the region, on December 19, 2013, organized by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. During the meeting discussed the problems faced by investors in the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of foreign companies gave recommendations on improving the investment climate and underscored the importance of an open dialogue with the authorities on discussing issues related to doing business in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Following the meeting was decided to create the Foreign Investors' Council «Tatarstan Investors’ Club» under Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, the meeting which will be held on a regular basis. Investors' Club activities will facilitate the interaction of business and government, companies participating in Tatarstan investment climate forming, integration and partnership between the companies as well as the formation of favorable conditions for doing business.

For leading agribusiness operator of  China the republic’s market is one of the foreground foreign business’ direction.

At a meeting with Tatarstan Investment Development Agency leadership the Company CEO told about an interest of working with the Russian region and the company's plans for the projects implementation in Russia.

During the visit of the delegation in Tatarstan Agency organized a number of visits to the municipalities and farms of the republic and meeting with region’s management.

A few days ago Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov visited the Kazan bank representative office in the business center «Suvar Plaza».

Visit of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA) Chief Executive to Credit Europe Bank is a continuation of TIDA’s work with foreign companies, invested in the region. In December 2013 the Agency organized the meeting with existing investors of the Republic, during which discussed the challenges facing investors in Tatarstan, were given the rating of the current situation and recommendations for further work.

Top managers of foreign companies noted the need for such meetings and interaction with public authorities to discuss issues related to the development of their companies in the Republic of Tatarstan. Most investors underscored the importance of open dialogue with the authorities and expressed gratitude for the organization of the meeting.

Currently, in terms of the International Investment Technopolis studies several options for implementing of infrastructure of «smart» cities.

Building infrastructure using public-private partnership (PPP) is examined in conjunction with the «VIS» Group of Сonstruction Сompanies and «RISE Capital» fund. Infrastructure development of Kazan Smart City discussed recently at a meeting of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and Tatarstan Development Corporation leadership with the «VIS» Board of Directors Deputy Chairman Rashid Aytuganov and Managing partners of «RISE Capital» Alexander Dimov and Dmitry Chikishev.

On March 5 the site of «Kazan» ski complex will gather investors and experts in the field of investment from around the world. The reason for the meeting is the II International Winter Forum «Invest In Tatarstan».

Tatarstan is ready to once again prove the openness and readiness for dialogue and willing to work together with investors and international companies. On «Invest in Tatarstan-2014» will be a meeting of the Tatarstan Investors’ Club with the participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Investors' Club meeting – one of the main events of the second day forum – will be hold in an informal atmosphere, where freely exchange ideas and discuss new opportunities for cooperation in the region with international companies and private investors.
