President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan abroad and in the regions of the Russian Federation.
During the meeting Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina reported on the work with republican missions.
TIDA Chief Executive gave details on international and all-Russian investment trends, investment future and present of Tatarstan, including the most active investor countries: the top 10 includes Germany and Japan. TIDA Chief Executive offered to explore the possibility of opening Tatarstan offices in these countries.
"Today we expect investments to research and technology, as well as manufacturing, agriculture, information technology, construction, tourism, health care and education", - noted a member of the Cabinet of Ministries of Tatarstan working in investment sphere.
"Given the high responsibility of our offices on a huge range of issues, we suggest to consider prioritization in favor of investment activity", - continued the Head of a specialized state body.
"You can hold a large number of events and negotiations, a lot of work, but still result in an investment sense - is to attract foreign capital into concrete projects", - said TIDA Chief Executive, while cited the example of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Turkey: "This is office, with which we have brought the project to the opening of the plant this year". For example, is the production of plastic pipes (Turkish "Design group" ("Mir Holding").
In addition, a member of the Government of Tatarstan has offered to consider the possibility of training of representatives on a regular basis, "they have to know all the latest information about the republic and tricks in relations with investor".

Today, the President said in his address to the Council of State of the Republic of Tatarstan: "External relations of Tatarstan can not be imagined without interaction with compatriots abroad and Tatar public organizations in Russia. This is our competitive advantage. It is necessary to use it to promote the interests of the republic ... At the same time, we need to actively develop cooperation with the Russian Federation regions, using the existing contractual relationship".

Today was held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Tatarstan Export Corporation".
Following consideration of the first agenda Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina was re-elected as the Chairman of the collegial management body.
Corporation’s CEO Ayrat Nazmeev made a presentation on the company's activities and plans for future work. At present, Tatarstan Export Corporation interacts with contractors from more than 30 countries, where are supplied products manufactured in Tatarstan. These are helicopters, spare parts for cars, oil producing equipment and more. The companies of Latin America, Middle East, other countries of Asia, Western Europe are among the partners of the corporation. In future it is planned to expand the range of products produced outside of Tatarstan, increase the number of contractors.
Board members also discussed measures to increase productivity and create high-performance workplaces.
At the end of the event the collegial management body heard a report on perspective investment high-tech projects in such fields as medicine, internet commerce, education.
At the suggestion of Taliya Minullina reporting meeting of the Board of Directors will be held in December 2015.

Tatarstan Investment Development Agency’s team successfully performed in the mini-football tournament, which is a part of the Games of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Total in mini-football tournament participate 27 teams, which are distributed to 8 groups.
Games of group stage took place at the three sites of Kazan - SC "Olympiec", USC "Vatan" and CSC "KAI-Olymp".
According to the results of matches, which took place on September 26 at the sports complex "Olympiec", TIDA team reached 1/8 final of the competition.
Team-winners of their groups to will take part in a play-off game on October 3; semifinal games, the match for third place and the final will take place on October 4th.

On September 24 Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Acting Chief Executive Taliya Minullina at the request of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) met with a delegation of the Chinese Academy of Present International Relations, headed by the Vice President Feng Chzhunpin.
This is one of the largest, oldest and most influential civil research institutes of China, which specializes in the study of international relations. Guidelines of this Chinese "think tank" of foreign policy and international relations go directly to senior management of China.
During the meeting the sides exchanged views regarding the impact of the new Silk Road on the distribution of investment flows and the global economy, particularly in China and the Russian Federation.
Within the presentation Taliya Minullina told about the investment and economic potential of Tatarstan to the representatives of Research Institute, emphasizing that the republic is actively cooperating with China within the Russian-Chinese relations, including the implementation of the global investment project as the construction of High-Speed Highway from Moscow to Kazan.
"High-Speed Highway will allow to get from Moscow to Kazan for 3.5 hours, the cost of the project is estimated at more than 1 trillion rubles. And this is only part of a grand new Silk Road, which will connect Western Europe, Russia and China", - emphasized Taliya Minullina.
Representatives of the Institute noted in particular that China is interested in the development of strategic relations with the Russian Federation and Tatarstan plays in this process one of the leading roles.
Following the meeting, an agreement on further cooperation was reached.

Chinese Academy of Present International Relations was founded in 1980. It consists of 11 research institutes.
The Institute is actively cooperating with Russian research centers.
So, in 2013 with the Institute of World Economy and International Relations was agreed to work together on "A new model of Pacific security" and in 2014 was signed a cooperation agreement with the Russian Council on International Affairs.

Today Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Acting Chief Executive Taliya Minullina discussed the creation and functioning mechanism of Tatarstan-Chinese Agroindustrial Investment Fund with members of profile working group, including representatives of business circles of China.
"At present Tatarstan Investment Development Agency selects agricultural projects, where will be allocated money from the Fund. The new institute in the investment policy of Tatarstan is created on behalf of President Rustam Minnikhanov. Note that we are talking about the financing of primarily high and environmentally friendly technologies in such a strategically important sector as the agro-industrial complex", - said TIDA Acting Chief Executive Taliya Minullina who is a member of the working group.

It is a symbolic event of international level, which is aimed at promoting the use of alternative vehicles.
On this day the staff of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency got to work on the subway, bus, bicycle or on foot.
The use of official vehicles has been minimized as much as possible in case of the need.
