On September 21-22 the Association of Industrial Parks (AIP) held a tour of the objects of investment infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The delegation visited the 2 properties that is in a composition of the Association: "KIP "Master" and special economic zone "Alabuga".
In the industrial park "Master" guests from other regions of the Russian Federation acquainted with the work of such enterprises as Open Company "Haier Electrical Appliances RUS", SP Kharisov, LLC "Heaton-layer 2", LLC "TatProm-Holding".
In the SEZ "Alabuga" was organized the presentation of a special economic zone, including - the existing industrial parks in the SEZ as "Synergy" and "A Plus Park". It should be noted that last year the industrial parks of "Alabuga" was acknowledged as the best by the prestigious FDI magazine.
Also, for the representatives of the Association made a tour of the site of the SEZ, where guests visited "Kastamonu", "INTERSKOL-Alabuga", "Ford Sollers Yelabuga" plants.
The event was attended by representatives of the Belgorod region, the Leningrad Region, the Sverdlovsk Region, Moscow, the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the AIP. Among the members of the delegation are representatives of the first certified industrial park of Russia - "Himgrad" Technopolis – Managing Director of "Himgrad" - "UK" Idea Capital" CEO Alexey Grushin and director of "RPM" Gennady Filatov.
Visiting parks of Kama economic zone of the Republic of Tatarstan by the representatives of Association was the continuation of the traditional large-scale program for the exchange of experiences between the regions of Russia, the creation and development of the industrial parks in the Russian Federation.

Association of Industrial Parks – is a sectoral non-profit organization that brings together most of the industrial parks in Russia, as well as service providers in the field of industrial engineering in order to promote common interests.
Association members are more than 100 entities, representing 65 industrial parks on the territory of 43 regions of the Russian Federation. In addition to the management companies of industrial parks the Association includes the regional development corporations, consulting, design and construction companies.
On September 22 Tatarstan held a "Car Free Day".
It is a symbolic event of international level, which is aimed at promoting the use of alternative vehicles.
On this day the staff of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency got to work on the subway, bus, bicycle or on foot.
The use of official vehicles has been minimized as much as possible in case of the need.

The first Car Free Day was held in 1973 in Switzerland, the authorities of the country because of the fuel crisis urged the citizens not to use cars for four days.

At the meeting was discussed the development of cooperation in such spheres as investment, Islamic banking and finance, new technologies in the IT-sector.
According to the Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Society of Islamic Sciences (KSIS) Sheikh Hamad Al-Sinan, representatives of business circles of the state of the Middle East arrived in Tatarstan to get acquainted with the investment and economic potential and explore investment opportunities of Tatarstan.

Today,Rustam Minnikhanov, who won the elections on September 13, 2015, assumed office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The ceremony of inauguration took place at Salikh Saidashev Big Concert Hall.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to Tatarstan President.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by over 700 people representing federal authorities, governments of foreign states, heads of subjects of the Federation, members of the Government of Tatarstan, federal and regional deputies and other honorable guests.
Rustam Minnikhanov said the text of the oath: “I solemnly swear to faithfully serve the people of Republic of Tatarstan, to protect the civil rights and liberties and Tatarstan’s state sovereignty; to observe the Russian Federation’s Constitution, Republic of Tatarstan’s Constitution and Tatarstan laws; to conscientiously fulfil the President of Tatarstan duties imposed on me”.

On September 17 Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tatarstan Export Corporation Taliya Minullina attended a meeting of the Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin with the Governor of East Kalimantan province of Indonesia Awang Farouk Ishak. The event was held in the Hall of the official delegations of the Parliament of Tatarstan.
At the meeting discussed the development of relations between the Republic and East Kalimantan in the economy, culture and education and other fields.
"We look to the East, and for us it is a strategically important area to interact with Indonesia and regions of the country. It is a country with the largest population of Muslims in the world (246.8 million people), an extensive agro-industrial economy, including the powerful oil sector.
The economic cooperation of Tatarstan and Indonesia will continue to grow", - noted Taliya Minullina.

This representative forum, whose mission is an "open dialogue of business and authorities in the field of financial technology (FinTech)".

On September 15 in the Kazan Kremlin was signed the memorandum between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on cooperation in the field of economy, science and technology, environmental protection, culture and other areas.
Document was signed by the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Karl Eryavets. The memorandum was signed at the Russian, Slovenian, Tatar and English.
The event was attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Taliya Minullina and other Republican members of the Cabinet of Ministers, members of the Slovenian delegation.
"In general, we want to develop cooperation with Russia's regions, and there are great opportunities for Slovenian companies in Tatarstan. We see that there are prospects for cooperation in the field of information, health, agriculture. We would like to use this opportunity", - said Carl Eryavets.
"The potential for cooperation between Russia and Slovenia is huge. And Tatarstan has a long good relationship with Slovenia. Open dialogue: an informal but effective
The event was held in the format of "business breakfast". Top managers of structures, which have invested in Tatarstan, could informally discuss topical issues related to the implementation of the projects with newly elected President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Elected President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, welcoming the participants of the event, called for raising most relevant topics to those who have already invested in the republic, and ask questions that require practical solutions.
The first question gave "Wienerberger Kurkachi" CEO Nikolay Troitsky. He asked a question about how can be increased the sales of products manufactured by the investor in the territory of Tatarstan.

TIDA initiates an open dialogue with investors
A "business breakfast" of Tatarstan Investors' Club with the participation of the elected President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will be held on September 15 in Kazan.
