In Casablanca (Morocco) in the period from 25 to 27 September 2014 will host an international exhibition of halal products «Expo Halal International». This event is primarily has professional nature and aims to promote the development of trade of halal products in the Mediterranean-European region.

The opening ceremony of the park, which will start to operate in the territory of the abolished October base – Neftekamsk workshop, was held with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov.

In a tour of the «URUSSU» investment and industrial park head of the Tatarstan government was accompanied by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive First Deputy Robert Galiullin, head of «Yutazinsky municipal district» Rustem Nureyev.

Two representatives of the Academy of Youth Diplomacy, the participants of the «Invest in Tatarstan» Young Ambassadors program Adilya Shakhmaeva and Milyausha Sharifullina attended the event, which aims to involve active youth to global issues of humanity, promoting the ideas of peace and tolerance, the ability to introduce your region and culture.

Assembly participants were more than 300 delegates from around the world. The program of activities included participation in the plenary session of the International Youth Assembly in the UN headquarters in New York, visit the diplomatic missions of the countries under United Nations, a cultural evening where participants presented their country and culture.

Russian Agency for the Export Credit and Investment Insurance (EXSAR) and JSC «Tatfondbank» (Russia) concluded the first contract of insurance of the exporter’s working capital loan.

Under this agreement EXSAR insured financing by Tatfondbank the Tatarstan Export Corporation to supply spare parts for railway locomotives and wagons in Latin America. The volume of the insured contract – is more than 480 thousand dollars.

Agreement on «Creating transport hubs in Kazan and Kazan Smart City» signed the Government of Tatarstan and JSC «Russian Railways».

Document was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and the Head of the Railway stations Directorate – branch of JSC «RZD» Sergey Abramov.

During the meeting in Tatarstan Investment Development Agency discussed opportunities and inter-regional cooperation, cooperation development and the prospects for the implementation of joint projects.

In the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan delegation of Mari El, which included representatives of the Ministry of Industry, Transport and Roads, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Investment Development Agency, arrived on a one day working visit.

Event on the exchange of experience in the investment projects implementation, selected by the regions of the Russian Federation as the successful practices implemented by attracting extra-budgetary investments, as well as the use of public-private partnership (PPP), is chaired by the Director of the extra- budgetary investment projects of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation Marina Shilkina.

Republic of Tatarstan at a seminar in Moscow represents Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov. The event will also discuss the successful practices of Tyva and Daghestan, Volgograd, Samara, Tyumen and Kostroma regions.

The report, which is prepared by the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia together with the scientific and expert community, should be the terms of reference for the preparation of the Strategy of Economic Development of the Regions of the Russian Federation and to improve the quality of life of its citizens.

Importance of the work gives also the fact that in June this year in Russia adopted the Federal Law «On the strategic planning in the Russian Federation». It is expected that the report will reflect a number of important issues for the country. In particular, forecasts for economic and social development of the Russian Federation and the subjects of the country, taking into account forecasts of global and regional multi-national institutions, as well as the world's leading investment companies; the concept of long-term and medium-term development of key industries; national values and strategic interests of Russia and their localization; analysis and identification of the competitive advantages of the Russian Federation regions, the ratings of competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the regions of the country; provision of resources for the development of Russian regions.
