Linar Yakupov arrived in Japan with the delegation, headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Working visit of the head of Tatarstan in Japan will be held from 19 to 20 March 2014. The official delegation also included: Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gimatdinov, «Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan» Director Aynur Aideldinov, JSC «SEZ «Innopolis» CEO Igor Nosov, Chairman of the State Council Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance Murad Gadilshin, Chairman of the Board of JSC «Ak Bars» Bank Robert Minnegaliev, JSC «TAIF» Board of Directors Chairman Rustem Sulteev and JSC «Gazprom mezhregiongaz Kazan» CEO Rinat Khanbikov.

Today the head of the republic will present at “Improving the investment climate in Russia and a new areas of investment cooperation between Russia and Japan” panel discussion, which will be held during VI Russian-Japanese investment forum.  He noted that Tatarstan is aimed at creating an innovation-oriented economy integrated into the global system. Rustam Minnikhanov told that the Republic of Tatarstan guarantees to investors all the necessary conditions for successful operation: infrastructure development, roadmaps, professional staff, as well as the maximum attention of the region’s government.

VI Russian-Japanese Investment Forum, held on March 19, 2014 in Tokyo, organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, «St. Petersburg International Economic Forum» Fund and «Business Russia» Russian public organization.

The Russian delegation was led by Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Ulyukayev. It is expected that in the VI Russian-Japanese Investment Forum will participate about 200 delegates from Russia. The Japanese delegation, headed by Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan Toshimitsu Motegi, includes more than 400 heads of state agencies, business associations, companies and banks.

Tatarstan delegation, headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, include the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Radhik Gimatdinov, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov, «Tatarstan Investment and Venture Fund» Director Aynur Aydeldinov, JSC «SEZ «Innopolis» CEO Igor Nosov, Chairman of the State Council Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finance Murad Gadilshin. The delegation also included the representatives of major companies and organizations of the region: Chairman of the Board of JSC «Ak Bars» Bank Robert Minnegaliev, JSC «TAIF» Board of Directors Chairman Rustem Sulteev, JSC «Gazprom mezhregiongaz Kazan» CEO Rinat Khanbikov and others.

The event is organized by Renault-Nissan and Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in France.

The conference, whose purpose - to attract foreign investment in Russia, focused primarily on the world's largest manufacturers of automotive components from Europe, USA and Japan. Company Renault-Nissan on the eve held its annual meeting of component suppliers with the heads of companies such as Valeo, Bosch, Lear, Faurecia, Aisin, Dourdin, Humax and others.

At the conference to present the Trade Representative of Russia in France Mikhail Safronov, AvtoVAZ and Renault-Nissan Joint purchasing organization CEO Daniel Perry, as well as Director of the Department of special economic zones, regions and monocities’ development projects in Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Balmysheva.

During the three-day trip to the region, delegation headed by Governor of Cycladic Mr. Georgios Pusseos met with President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, toured historic sites of Kazan, visited Svijazhsk and acquainted with the Tatarstan experience in investment development sphere, ensuring interaction between government and business, promoting the export potential of the territory.

The delegation of the Southern Aegean islands, in particular, included Ermoúpoli Mayor (Syros Island) Ioannis Dekavalas, Professor, Head of the product design and system engineering cathedra in Ege University John Darzentas, President of the Association of the hotel business (Syros Island) Iakovos Arvantis, President and owner of «Siros Travel» Antonios Maragkos, representative of the Sports Association Syros Nikolouzos Konstantinos, Aegean television Director Charalampos Koulouras.

At the meeting with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the possibility of Russian- Greek relations and prospects for cooperation in the field of tourism, education and economic interaction.

Seminar holds with the support of the Executive Committee «Investment Promotion Agency of the Naberezhnye Chelny».

The seminar «Directors’ Investment School: practice of increasing the investment attractiveness of enterprises and preparing projects for financing» - a member of the Investment Policy Committee of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, «Club of the design process» CEO, the head of the Business Club processing center of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Dmitry Lubomudrov.

The event, which will take place on 26-27 March 2014 in the IT-park, will be held during the «Naberezhnye Chelny - Center for Business Education in Russia» city project. The seminar is holds for managers, deputy directors, financial directors, financial and economic units in the cases, situations and project analyzing format. The purpose of the seminar – is the training of enterprises’ top managers to prepare projects for financing, working with banks and other investors.

Results of the study, based on data from 131 PPP of 60 regions, as well as on the analysis of the regulatory-legal basis, presented during the Week of public-private partnership (PPP) in Moscow.

The decision to organize the annual infrastructural Congress «Russian PPP Week» made because of the importance of dialogue between business and government, as well as to find new financing schemes and the implementation of investment projects. Federal discussion platform, organized by the Center for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and supported by the Russian Ministry of Regional Development, in 2014 held from March 11 to 13 at the International Multimedia Press Center RIA «Novosti».

Among the participants of the week: the heads and deputy heads of relevant federal ministries - Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation, State Duma deputies and representatives of 52 public authorities, heads of leading financial institutions, consulting and commercial structures.

In the exhibition, which opened on the eve in France, Russia represents the projects of real estate and transport infrastructure.

Russian Federation, whose projects are presented in several MIPIM 2014 pavilions, shared the status of «honorable country» with Turkey and Brazil. The exhibition was attended by over 20,000 visitors from 90 countries and 4.5 thousands of investors.

Our country at the exhibition present 16 regions, including Moscow, Vladimir, Tula, Bryansk regions, Chuvash Republic and several other subjects of the Russian Federation. From the Republic of Tatarstan in MIPIM 2014 attended Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov.

Visit of the delegation led by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov will last from March 11 to 13.

The delegation includes Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive Linar Yakupov, Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Adel Vafin, Minister of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Safin, Trade and Economic Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the United States Ravil Nigmedzyanov.

The first city to visit will be Montreal in Quebec, Canada. Here is planned the work with Montreal Technopark, where the headquarters and research departments of more than 30 companies are located. At the Technopark site implements the most advanced projects, developed by Quebec and foreign firms. The program also includes a visit to the plants of world's largest producers of business jets, regional aircraft «Bombardier» and American manufacturer of aircraft engines for civil and military aviation «Pratt & Whitney».

On March 6, 2014 at the «Invest in Tatarstan» International Winter Forum between HAIER and «Kama Industrial Park «Master» was signed an agreement on the distribution of refrigerators production.

President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the first meeting of Tatarstan Investors’ Club noted that the government's attitude to the business should be improved.

«We first met in this form, - said the President, addressing the Tatarstan Investors' Club participants. - You have to understand what is government and its mechanisms. Russia - still young new country. No long ago we were in a completely different society, the interests were different. And the attitude to entrepreneurship property is still forming. Need purposeful work of authorities, municipal bodies. We must take into account the needs of investors, including those who represent the interests of other countries. The government's attitude to business should be perfected».

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that Tatarstan, being one of the leading regions of the Russian Federation, can become a pilot region for the adaptation of those innovations that can be implemented in the country.
